Day 0

Arrive – Welcome Dinner for all. Broad introduction of purpose

Day 1

7:00 – 8:00    Restorative Yoga (no experience necessary)

8:00 – 8:30    Breakfast

8:30 – 9:30    Introduction to retreat, purpose, method, ground rules, goals. 

9:30 – 10:00  Icebreakers/Introductions

10:00 – 10:15 Break

10:15 – 11:15   Review of goals. Setting an intention: What do you want to get out of this retreat? Reviewed in pairs.

11:15 – 12:30   Discussion of benefits of mindfulness – Visualization of success. 

12:30 – 1:30    Lunch

1:30 – 5:00     ‘Mindful’ Hike – in private Yellowstone Club Grounds

5:00 – 6:30     Free Time

6:30 – 8:00     Dinner

NOTE: 

We are creating the optimal environment for discovery. Therefore: 

  • No cell phones at meetings (can be used in rooms or in break rooms – only during free time, not during breaks)
  • No alcohol

Day 2

7:00 – 8:00       Restorative Yoga

8:00 – 8:30       Breakfast

8:30 – 9:00       Guided Meditation. 

9:00 – 10:00     Review of your life goals. Sharing self-evaluation. Has anything changed since yesterday? Any area of focus or discovery or emphasis? Sharing in new pairs

10:00 – 10:15     Break

10:15 – 12:30      Mindfulness exercise leading to prioritization – What are your biggest ‘gaps’ and areas of struggle?

12:30 – 1:30        Lunch

1:30 – 3:30         Create your plan. What are you going to do differently? What are you committed to?

3:30 – 3:45         Break

3:45 – 5:00         Locking in your commitment. 
•    What are the obstacles to achieving your goals?
•    How will you overcome them?
•    How will your new set of activities feel?

5:00 – 6:30        Free Time

6:30 – 8:00        Dinner

Day 3

7:00 – 8:00        Restorative Yoga

8:00 – 8:30        Breakfast

8:30 – 9:00        Guided Meditation. 

9:00 – 10:15       Finishing your plan. Reviewing it in pairs.

10:15 – 10:30     Break

10:30 – 12:30    Locking in your commitment:
•    Sharing it with at least one person
•    Picking your ‘accountability partner’ to check in with. Establish your own timetable and means 

12:30 – 1:30       Lunch

1:30 – 6:30        Free time for activities. Available 30 minute sessions to talk over plans with Steve or with Kevin

6:30 – 8:00       Final Dinner

Day 4

7:00 – 8:00      Optional Yoga

8:00 – 8:30      Breakfast

9:00 -               Departure
