Corporate Training

The KdeJones Group provides instruction, practice, and discussion on how to recognize, manage, and respond to inner and inter-personal stress, anger, and conflict through the application of mindfulness and conflict intervention techniques.

Participants learn:

  • to increase awareness of personal and inter-personal anger and stress responses.
  • to learn techniques to reduce personal and inter-personal anger and stress.
  • to provide practice in managing inter-personal conflict situations.
  • to identify personalities and team dynamics.
  • to learn skills for successful conflict intervention and de-escalation.

The KdeJones Group uses mind, body, and breath awareness training as its foundation for all other courses. Mindfulness, breath awareness, and simple body movement stretches the muscles, enhances breath flow, increases concentration, and allows participants to focus their minds.

Participants will learn how to respond, rather than to react, in stressful situations through discussion and exercises. Through an understanding of different individual conflict types and team personalities, participants can identify both the strengths and weaknesses of different conflict interventions.
